To place an order please include the following information:

1. Full name, age, date of birth, mailing address, shipping address if different, phone number, e-mail address, parent's name, and referral if you are a first time client.

2. Item you are ordering, along with colors, and any design specifications for what you would like your finished outfit to look like (i.e...short sleeve, open back, with bustle) Also, if you have any photos or sketches of ideas that you like, please forward.

3. Requested delivery date, we guarantee delivery dates only once we have a deposit for the order, because I work on orders in the order that deposit is received. Normal delivery time is 5-8 weeks depending on pending orders at the time the order is placed.

4. Measurements:

Chest- around the fullest part of the chest

Waist- around the skinniest part of the waist

Hips- around the fullest part of the hips

Torso length- from the top of the shoulders down the front of the body to the top of the hip bone.

Dress length- from the top of the shoulders down the front of the body to fingertip length. (NOT FROM THE SHOULDER DOWN THE ARM TO THE FINGERTIP)

Armpit to armpit- across the front of the body only

Skirt length- natural waistline to fingertip for short natural waistline to floor (in beauty shoes) for long

Inseam- crotch to floor

Out seam- armpit to the floor

Girth- from one shoulder down thru legs and back up to the same shoulder

Sleeve length - from armpit to wrist for long......from armpit to elbow for 3/4 sleeves.

5. Any items you would like with your outfit. If you need tights, gloves, pillbox hat, shoes, or diaper cover etc. with your outfit, please indicate this on your order and forward to me before the completion of your outfit so that they may be dyed, covered etc. at the same time as your outfit.

6. Your budget for each outfit ordered.

7. $100 is required for ALL outfits to be put on the books. Once design is done we require 1/2 down to start an outfit. The balance is due prior to shipment. We do offer a pre-payment discount of 10% for payment of the estimated total cost at the time that the order is placed. Deposits are accepted via pay pal (kenzierosesmom@hotmail.com), cashiers check, or money order. Deposits are non-refundable, but maybe transferred to another outfit if work has not begun on your outfit.

Other Information

1. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. All final payments must be certified funds and must be received prior to shipment or delivery. COD is not available. E-checks are NOT considered certified.

3. A rough shell will be sent to you for fitting prior to finishing the shell and decorating. A questionnaire will be sent along with it, explaining what you should look for to determine if it is a good fit.

4. A 5% referral credit is offered for individuals who refer friends to us. This is given once the ordered has been completed. You will receive a certificate by mail, and you must keep it in order to redeem, these are non transferable. And, the new client must give your name at the time that they place the order, after that, you would not receive credit.

5. When you get a new outfit from KenziE Street Fashions, please send us an onstage photo of your child in their new outfit. We love to get new photos for our website, banner's and portfolio.
